• AU Stock orders are usually shipped the next business day via Australia Post Standard Shipping. Expected delivery within 2-8 business days. 

SHIPPING TIMES FOR OTHER STOCK

Average delivery times: 12 days*

• Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturer located overseas.
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post, USPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local carrier depending on the shipping address provided. 
• We do our best to ship orders out within 3 business days AEST, however, some orders processing may take longer, especially personalised items like laser engraved collars or Dog ID Tags.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will get a tracking number via email or text.
• It is important to note that because we source our products from different suppliers around the world, shipping times will vary between manufacturers/suppliers. The times listed above are an average, and depending on circumstances out of our control are subject to change.
