At Dog and Daze, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we work with you to resolve any issues you may have with our products. There is a simple 14-day return policy in place. Returns are accepted for a maximum of 14 days from receiving the product. The returning product must be undamaged and unmarked and packaging must be in its original re-saleable condition. The returned purchases can be exchanged for another product or a store credit only. Return postage is non-refundable and is to be paid by the customer.

Refunds can only be given for items that have been received already damaged and where there is no replacement available, items significantly different than advertised on the website, or not fit for intended purpose. Incorrect size is not considered to be an item fault and will be exchanged for suitable size. Refunds will be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

Products colours disclaimer

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour, actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Dog and Daze will not accept responsibility for any colour shade differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Dog and Daze, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and the representation on our website.


Laser engraved personalised products disclaimer

Please note that due to the nature of personalised laser engraving on various materials, variations in text size, engraving colour, and fonts may occur. While we strive to maintain consistency, these variations are inherent to the engraving process and add to the uniqueness of each item. Rest assured, we meticulously craft each engraving to the best of our ability, ensuring the highest quality results.

Additional non-refundable items

  • Personalised items such as personalised dog collars or ID tags with engraved personal info cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they have been received already damaged or faulty.
  • We will not refund items due to the change of mind.
  • If the item has been soiled and washed or if washing instructions have not been followed.
